Delete your Migowrites account
This page is for the Migowrites app on iPhone and Android, published by Danica Nacionales. You don’t need the app installed to use it.
How to request deletion
- 1Email hello@migowrites.com with the subject “Delete my Migowrites account”.
- 2Include the email address you signed up with, if it’s different from the one you’re writing from.
- 3I’ll confirm by reply, and the account and its data are deleted within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account: the email address and display name you signed up with.
- Everything synced to the cloud on a Creator plan: projects, panels, characters, messages, and uploaded images.
Deletion is permanent. It can’t be undone, and nothing can be recovered afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. They keep these under their own policies, including for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Projects on a free plan live only on your phone, so they were never on our servers. They stay on the device until you uninstall the app.
- The Android waitlist is separate from your account. If you joined it and want off too, say so in the same email, or use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account doesn’t stop billing. If you’re on a Creator plan, cancel it in the store you bought it from: your Apple Account settings on iPhone, or Subscriptions in the Google Play app on Android.
